Refund Policy
The consumer has the right to return the ordered/purchased product according to the conditions and rules stated here. Each user is obliged to check the product(s) for possible damage during transport, and if it is more than one product, to check if any product is missing. If the delivered product is damaged or a certain product is missing from the order, the Consumer is obliged to inform us immediately at the Customer Support numbers or at the email address, for the purpose of replacing the damaged product/s or delivery of the missing products, otherwise he loses the right later to highlight a complaint about the delivered product. In this case, the costs of replacing the product will not be borne by the Consumer. The whole process of return or exchange is not completed within a period of 7 days, the Consumer also loses the right to claim. The consumer has a period of 7 days in which he can terminate the contract without explanation of the reason and the only cost paid by the buyer is the direct cost of returning the product. In this case, the funds will be returned to the Consumer within a maximum of 30 days to the account from which the payment was made, reduced by the amount of the bank commission. The procedure to return the products is as follows: • The consumer should manually create an account on our sales website. • Verification of the reliability of the inserted information. • Login to the Consumer account. • Filling in all the fields in the Report area including attaching a photo.
