The prices of the products published on the website are expressed in Macedonian Denars and include VAT and there are no hidden costs. We reserve the right to change published prices, in accordance with company policy, without prior notice to users. Price changes will apply to all orders placed after the new prices take effect. All orders confirmed before the new prices take effect will be executed at the prices in effect at the time the orders were placed. The consumer undertakes to pay the price, which is offered at the time of execution of the order. All discounts, promotions and special promotional package products will be separately marked as special offers. Product quantities are limited. Komfi Angel DOO Prilep reserves the right to refuse an order for products whose quantities have been exhausted and/or to postpone the delivery of products whose quantities have been exhausted after the prior consent of the Consumer. The consumer can choose one or more products, as well as a package of products published on the website. The consumer can cancel, add or correct the order at any time, before making the payment. In case of possible technical problems with the website, Komfi Angel DOO Prilep has the right to refuse the order or stop the purchase process, and we are not obliged to make any compensation, except for the return of the funds paid by the Consumer.
Shipping and delivery
The delivery and delivery of the products is 130 denars to 3000 denars and is limited only to the territory of R. Macedonia. The delivery and delivery of the products is free for orders over 3000 denars, but if you have selected the option "pay on delivery", 1% of the value of the products is added for the Cargo purchase service. We make the delivery from our warehouses in Prilep, while the delivery is made by a courier service. After confirming the order, we notify you via e-mail about the status of your order. You receive 2 e-mail notifications: Confirmation that your order has been received, 2. Confirmation that the product has been delivered to your address. Your order will be delivered to you within a maximum of 4 working days from the moment of receiving the first confirmation (that your order has been received by https://somniashop.mk). For free deliveries, you will be additionally informed about the method of delivery and its duration on your e-mail.
State holidays
Please keep in mind that if the order is made during a public holiday and non-working days determined by the law of R. Macedonia, somniashop.mk reserves the right to extend the delivery day.

Return Terms and Conditions
The consumer has the right to return the ordered/purchased product according to the conditions and rules stated here. Each user is obliged to check the product(s) for possible damage during transport, and if it is more than one product, to check if any product is missing. If the delivered product is damaged or a certain product is missing from the order, the Consumer is obliged to inform us immediately at the Customer Support numbers or at the email address, for the purpose of replacing the damaged product/s or delivery of the missing products, otherwise he loses the right later to highlight a complaint about the delivered product. In this case, the costs of replacing the product will not be borne by the Consumer. The whole process of return or exchange is not completed within a period of 7 days, the Consumer also loses the right to claim. The consumer has a period of 7 days in which he can terminate the contract without explanation of the reason and the only cost paid by the buyer is the direct cost of returning the product. In this case, the funds will be returned to the Consumer within a maximum of 30 days to the account from which the payment was made, reduced by the amount of the bank commission. The procedure to return the products is as follows: • The consumer should manually create an account on our sales website. • Confirmation of the reliability of the inserted information. • Login to the Consumer account. • Filling in all the fields in the Report area, including attaching a photo.
NOTE: All fields are mandatory.

If the Consumer cancels his order after receiving the order confirmation notification, and before the delivery of the ordered products, the funds will be returned to the Consumer within a maximum of 30 days to the account from which the payment was made, reduced by the amount of the bank commission. 2. In the event of non-delivery of a confirmed and paid order for reasons that can be attributed to the Consumer (incorrect/incomplete address, incorrect contact phone number), we undertake to return the funds within a maximum of 30 days, from the day upon determination of the impossibility of delivery, reduced by the amount of the bank commission, and if a delivery attempt was made, also reduced by the delivery costs. 3. If the Consumer makes an order by phone through our contact center or on a social network, he also automatically accepts the rules of use/return that are listed on our website (return procedure). Komfi Angel DOO Prilep reserves the right to amend and supplement the Terms and Conditions for returns, without the obligation to notify the users in advance of any changes.
